The open living and kitchen
One open space with quartz counters, a full fridge, stove and oven, coffee maker, and real cookware. Smart TV and fast WiFi in the living room, and the slider opens the whole room to the pool deck.
Bedroom one
Queen bed, its own mini split A/C with a wall remote, a ceiling fan, and a barn door to the bathroom. Set it cold and sleep late.
Bedroom two
Queen bed and a garden window full of palms. Its own A/C too, and the second full bathroom is steps away.
The covered terrace
Morning coffee facing the pool, afternoon shade under the ceiling fan. This is the seat the whole condo is arranged around.
The back patio
Paved, private, and holding the gas grill. Buy the catch at the fish market, cook it twenty minutes later.
The practical stuff
A private washer and dryer in the unit, a dedicated parking space by the door, and visitor parking for friends. Ground floor means luggage rolls straight in.
